Bene Advisory was engaged by the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads to lead strategic and detailed planning for the Direct Sunshine Coast Rail Line. The Bene team managed the delivery of an accelerated Preliminary Evaluation and Business Case under the Queensland Project Assessment Framework and the project successfully obtained Queensland and Australian Government funding. The Bene team remain engaged by TMR to lead the pre-delivery/ development stage.

Bene Advisory was engaged by the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads to lead the development of the Brisbane to Sunshine Coast Rail Corridor Strategy - a strategic plan for South East Queensland's North Coast Rail Line to 2041. The strategy was completed in 2023 and has been used to guide successful funding applications for further planning work.

Bene Advisory was engaged by the Board of Metro Trains Melbourne to undertake an independent review of diversity metrics within the organisation and to develop strategies and recommendations to improve organisational diversity.

Genevieve was engaged by Brisbane City Council and saw this project through pre-delivery (transaction) and then acted as the Delivery and Commercial Manager while the delivery contract was novated to Transurban.
